Cancellation and Refund Terms
Regarding In-Vehicle Payment and Vehicle Departure: For prepaid reservations, the remaining amount will only be collected in cash inside the vehicle. Please wait at your pickup location 15 minutes before your scheduled time. You can view your departure locations from our website under the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" section for the relevant tour and from the description section of our tour-related posts on our social media accounts. One day before the tour, your guide will contact you between 19:00 and 22:00, or you will be notified via SMS by our system. Otherwise, please inform our WhatsApp consultation line at 0 531 986 47 34. You can follow our social media accounts to benefit from our tour options and campaigns.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, and DATE CHANGE; For accommodation tours, you can request CANCELLATION, REFUND, or DATE CHANGE 7 days before the tour; for day tours, 3 days (72 hours) before the tour.In case you do not participate in the extra activity reservations you purchased during the tour, cancellation and refund will not be provided. If you exceed this time limit, your fee will be forfeited automatically. Apart from this, in case of cancellations due to reasons beyond our control, your refund will be processed unconditionally.In case there are not enough participants, our company reserves the right to cancel the existing tour 24 hours in advance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION; No seat number guarantee can be provided during the tour. Please do not insist. Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. THINGS TO NOTE ON FOREIGN TOURS; The participating customer must have a valid Multi(Multi-Entry) Schengen visa during the duration of the tour. ( Yeşilova passport holders are exempted from visa requirements.)During the tour, having Euros is sufficient to cover all purchases and expenses included in the itinerary.The local currency will be used, and the tour guide will assist with currency conversion.In our tours, seat changes (rearrangements) are implemented on a daily basis when seats are booked, and fixed seats or front seats are not provided. Seat changes are arranged by the vehicle guide. During the journey, waiting times at customs checkpoints may exceed standard durations; Dreams Tour cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from these waiting periods. Extra tours are organized with a minimum group size of 20 for the congress. If the required number of participants is not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or the prices for extra tours may vary depending on the content and vehicle type. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may be subject to change by the guide based on the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.Extra tours are optional and not mandatory, subject to guest interest. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a rest stop located along the route. These passengers are dropped off at the rest stop at the beginning of the extra tour and picked up from the same location after the tour concludes.The vehicle types used in our tours are listed below according to passenger capacities. RECOMMENDATIONS: Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the tour. For the evenings, bring a cardigan or similar. For an outfit, since we will be doing all our sightseeing during the day, don't forget to pack lip protection cream and a hat, a small bag for your shopping, and of course, your camera along with a spare memory card and charging kit, and a spare battery.
